Work Schedule: 2 Weekdays, Saturday, & Sunday 8:00am-6:30pm

Ensure timely coordination of patient services. Ability to process more advanced orders - articulating coverage, plan of care, and service expectations. Ability to assess and navigate more complete inquiries. Detail oriented and resource to team for guidance in evaluating most appropriate method of dispensing. Demonstrate excellent service during every interaction. Collaboratively work with team to further promote home based product offerings and services. Ability to complete service recovery and de-escalation. Ability to maintain a positive culture; assist with team building; engagement and promote service levels within call center.



  • H.S. diploma or equivalent.
  • Post high school education or training, preferred.


  • Customer service in health environment, 2 years required.
  • Experience working in a call center, required.
  • Experience working in a medical environment - familiarity with durable medical equipment, preferred.


  • Intermediate/advanced - 1 year experience call center, required.
  • Advanced medical terminology related to homecare industry.
  • Advanced - Customer service principals and service expectations.
