Performs the tasks of drug ordering, receiving, storage and disbursement, emergency drug box replenishment, clinic order fulfillment, floor-stock and cart replacement for the pharmacy division to which assigned. Maintains supply of defined list of drugs Reports critical shortages to the Division Director and the Assistant Director, Purchasing and Contracting. Assists pharmacy department employees with procurement of drugs not available through routine channels or when urgently needed . Assists Coordinator, Pharmacy Purchasing and 340B Program to maintain contract and maximize the benefit of the 340B purchasing program. Serves as liaison to wholesaler and hospital purchasing/accounts payable for drug procurement issues.

CPhT certification required and Maryland registration as a pharmacy technician required.
