Join us at Suburban Hospital as a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic and keep our building safe and running for our patients.
In this job you will maintain equipment under preventative maintenances as schedule in such a manner as to keep equipment failure to a minimum.
This is a full-time, 8-hour, day shift position that may start at either 7:00 AM or 10:00 AM. Weekend work is required. Call may be required.
Requirements for this position:
- 1+ years' experience in preventative maintenance is preferred; hospital experience is highly preferred
- Must have good working knowledge of HVAC systems
- You must be able to operate specialized equipment (i.e. power tools, portable meters, emergency generators)
- High School diploma or GED; attendance at trade school for mechanical or electrical training is preferred.
