Temporary Project Coordinator II- Location Saint Petersburg, Florida

Hours 8:30a-5p


Responsible for answering and directing all telephone calls to ensure patient safety.  Accurately schedules, registers, and supports multiple hospital clinics, rehab disciplines and/or departments.  This position works collaboratively with other member of the health care team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner resulting in both patient and physician satisfaction.


High school diploma/GED required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office or clinic environment required with knowledge of medical terminology.

Ability to communication effectively, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal and team building skills.

Knowledge of computer systems and electronic medical records.
