Position Summary:

Position provides clinical, technical, and customer service assistance to radiology patients, staff, and customers. Candidate must perform duties that enhance and assist clinical operations. The clinical duties may include one or more of the following functions: Patient preparation and safety, and clerical functions such as RIS tracking, Document Capture and printing reports. Ability to communicate, troubleshoot technology and work processes. Operation of Radiology Information Systems, PACS, EPR, and other related computers


Full Time, 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

No Weekends

Work Location: Johns Hopkins Imaging - Green Spring Station


High School Diploma


Work experience equivalent to 2 years in health care setting. Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, organizational and computer skills. IV certified or willing to become certified within 30 days of hiring.

Working Conditions:

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed; Works in patient care areas where there are no physical discomforts due to dust, dirt, temperature and the like.

Exposure to patients and procedures including wearing a lead apron in ionizing radiation areas. Extended periods standing, sitting, or walking. Some pushing and lifting of carts and/or assisting patients in wheelchairs.
