Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for a Radiology Technician at our well established Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery Practice in Bethesda, Maryland. The Radiology Technician will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of radiological procedures and techniques that require a specific use of acquired knowledge and skills. The Radiology Tech position requires interpersonal and communication skills to interact with interpreting physicians, medical staff, patients, visitors and other employees. Must be able to operate standard radiology/mammography equipment including automatic film processor and film duplication machine. Must be versatile and willing to work cooperatively as a team, providing radiology/mammography services as well as meeting MOA and other patient support services as needed in the department. This position provides service to infants, children, adolescents and adults.

Hours: 8:00 - 4:30 p.m. - Monday - Friday

Requires successful completion of an approved 2 year radiology sciences program. Current ARRT registration and current Maryland State licensure for Medical Radiation Technologist.

Three years’ experience in an ambulatory care setting.
