Under general supervision, and following established procedures, receives visitors or patients, ascertains their needs and directs them accordingly; periodically escorts patients; answers telephone and provides general Hospital information.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2 years experience in a similar work environment.
Interpersonal skills to communicate with groups of people from administrators and VIP's to public and outside vendors.
Ability to read and write in and to give accurate information to visitors, patients and Hospital employees.
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to learn floor plan of Institution, location of clinics and other areas, policies and procedures and contacts in a short period of time.
