The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Therapist provide comprehensive recovery services to mentally ill adults assigned to caseload. Provide treatment planning, documentation, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment team.

Full Time, Day Shift

8:30am- 5:00pm

Work Location:1821 A Portal Street

Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, counseling or related field.

Preferred Experience: 1 year working with individuals with mental illness preferred.

Driver's License- Work requires valid driver’s license with 2 or less points

Working Condition:

Work is performed in the office or in member’s homes and other community settings in which there is only

minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
