This position provides support to the Remote Patient Monitoring Team through data entry required for management of the various disease states of the Patient Monitoring Program. Assists with equipment cleaning, set up, and removal from patient homes. When performing office based responsibilities will answer phones and provide exceptional customer service as directed by remote patient monitoring nurse and/or program manager. This role will inventory and order required documents needed to support operations. This position will balance office duties as well as travel to patient homes and referral sources as needed. Position reports directly to Disease Mgmt/Remote Patient Program Administrator.

Requirements

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Post high school education or training preferred.

Experience:

  • 2 years experience in health care related field, home health experience preferred.

Knowledge:

  • Competent in medical terminology
  • Computer skills

Required Licensure:

  • Valid Maryland drivers’ license and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use.
