Position Summary:

Assist physicians in performing invasive procedures, coordinating care in an assigned room, and providing patient care. Responsible for optimizing team performance by overseeing multi-disciplinary health care team.


Work requires completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, which normally is acquired in a two-year college or technical school program. College courses in management preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum of at least three years experience in interventional procedures or attended an advance imaging program.


Operates all radiographic and ancillary equipment within multiple disciplines. Knowledgeable in all Procedures Performed Within the Department. Possesses extensive knowledge of all guidewires and catheters. Utilizes imaging techniques which provide diagnostic and complete information during routine and complex procedures in all specialties. Demonstrates skills to effectively direct a team or oversee daily patient flow operations. Highly effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal team performance and quality patient care.
