Position Summary:

The Senior Project Analyst supports the department goal of providing Hopkins’ executive decision makers with financial, statistical and operational data and analysis. Assists the department in performing business process improvement and organizational initiatives. Plays a key role in developing and implementing departmental objectives and activities in support of business decision-making, including but not limited to long range/business planning process and guidelines, business unit financial model and forecast development, program/product development analysis, new venture evaluation, pricing structure strategy and change assessment, etc. The Senior Project Analyst will work with staff in the development and implementation of new and innovative processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Must have a working knowledge of information databases/sources and PC based software applications.

Skills with statistical software packages preferred.


Bachelor’s degree required in finance, information technology, business or other relevant field. Master’s preferred.

Work Experience:

Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work in data management and analysis

Experience in a health care setting preferred.
