The Service Technician is accountable for maintaining an organized and adequately stocked warehouse of homecare equipment and supply chain, based on par levels & patient census, while ensuring compliance with department and regulatory requirements for environment of care. Ensures provision of delivery coordination and timely distribution of patient equipment, supplies, medication needs on a routine basis to patient homes using lean best practice principals. Maintains compliance with return of patient documents mandated to provide proof of delivery to payer and other regulatory agencies. Safely operates and ensures timely maintenance of company vehicle per policy and state regulations. Accountable for managing, maintenance monitoring, testing, retrieval, cleaning and storage of all respiratory equipment, IV and feeding pump, as well as other miscellaneous DME equipment per manufacturer guidelines. This is a 20 hours per week, Day shift position.
•High School diploma / GED
•1 year experience working in supply chain business
•Ability to use electronic patient records to include date entry skills
•Current Florida Driver License with no restrictions or history of driving infractions
•Level 2 Background Check
•Excellent organization skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
