SR. Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker III
This is a lead therapist position working in the Geriatric/Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Clinic. This position will be in charge of the Head Injury Outpatient Psychiatric Extended Services-HOPES group that runs 5 mornings per week. Responsibilities include recruiting new HOPES group members, writing/implementing curriculum, providing coverage of the groups and ensuring overall success of the program.
Additional responsibilities consist of seeing individual outpatients in the program that are not part of the groups. This is a multidisciplinary team consisting of therapists, social workers, occupational therapists and psychiatrists providing specialized psychiatric care to the geriatric population and individuals with ABI's. This is a full time position providing both individual and family therapy.
Master’s degree in Mental Health or Social Work.
Two to three years of previous experience.

Required Licensure, Certification:
- Mental Health Worker -Licensure (LCPC) required or LCMFT
- Social Worker III- Current state licensure as LCSW required.
