Reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for the recruitment, interviewing and hiring process for non-clinical, clinical and temporary staff at JHHCG, including internal transfers and exit interviewing. Provides appropriate reporting and statistical information, attends meetings, coordinates full cycle recruitment-to-hiring activities, including sourcing, hiring and orientation; creates recruitment materials and advertising, and attends job fairs/open house functions. Additionally, the Human Resources Recruiter provides timely and accurate information to applicants, employees, temporary staff, customers, and managers; responds and resolves Human Resource inquiries or directs to the appropriate HR office; facilitates verification of employment requests; performs quality checks on new hire files for completion and accuracy; coordinates badge requests and tracking; trains and mentors less experienced staff on Human Resource processes and procedures; processes and relays confidential information; responds to general inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures; updates HR Web site as needed; and works on special projects.
Education Requirements: BA, BS degree required.
Certification: PHR preferred
Work Experience: Three (3) years of recruitment experience required; One (1) year experience with healthcare recruitment preferred
