Sr. IT Project Administrator
Work Location: Hybrid - Johns Hopkins @ Mt Washington, 5801 Smith Ave., Davis Bldg., Suite 3110, Baltimore, MD 21209
The Sr IT Project Administrator will be responsible for leading one or more IT related projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Projects will be new and established, with larger departmental or Enterprise level complexity.
Requires advanced knowledge and understanding of the interrelationships of enterprise infrastructure technologies and information systems applications.
Ability to monitor and evaluate information, and to make necessary adjustments to procedures and program implementation. Awareness of need for timely communication, able to identify potential barriers and strategies, and able to synthesize and integrate information. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
Ability to organize, create and maintain documents and effectively communicate status of project to all levels of the organization.
Must have effective meeting management, presentation, time management and communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, direct, implement and evaluate processes to lead people and manage resources to achieve desired result. Must be goal oriented, pragmatic, self-disciplined, and organized with ability to facilitate, interact effectively with all levels of management.
Education Requirement: BS degree preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management or project management.
Work Experience Required: Project Management Certification or related experience is preferred. Requires demonstrated 5-7 years IT Experience with 2 years of Project Administration. Knowledge of health care.
