The Senior Program Administrator reports to the Senior Director, Care Coordination and is responsible for managing care coordination programs, assisting with the development/implementation of new hospital and health system initiatives, and delivering results that achieve goals related to quality, timeliness, and utilization/cost-avoidance. The Senior Program Administrator works independently to implement multi-entity programs on the JHH campus, coordinating deployment, identifying responsible on-site supervisors (where applicable), providing oversite to these supervisors, and co-managing (in a matrix fashion) the jobs program employees hired through JHHC and placed at JHH. The Senior Program Administrator serves the same role for the Regional Partnership and similar programs crossing the academic division and/or the health system. Key functions include: 1) Program and project planning; 2) Serving as the point of contact and "liaison" for select programs to facilitate communication; 3) Collaborating with other hospitals and entities under the Johns Hopkins Medicine enterprise to coordinate offerings and ensure consistency, where applicable, in processes, documentation, and measurement; 4) Collaborating with providers, practices, and community-based groups to improve transitions of care; and 5) Supporting the Senior Director and Departmental leadership in the development and roll-out of other projects, programs, and initiatives required to promote care delivery transformation.

Masters' degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing or closely related field.
Requires demonstrated experience in project management or team-based management as acquired during 5 or more years of progressive experience. Ideal candidate has experience working with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and community-based organizations.
Current Registered Nurse in Maryland or compact state
