A supported employment and education specialist's (SEES) primary role is to provide assistance to young adults who are enrolled in the EPIC-MEIP first episode psychosis program to obtain and maintain competitive employment in normal community settings and/or to enroll and stay in school . The SEES will conduct all phases of vocational services including engagement, assessment, job search, job development and job support. Supported education includes all aspects necessary to assist individuals in enrolling and maintaining education. The SEES spends 70% of time in the community. Bachelors degree in psychology, social work or related field.
CPR reuired within 90 days of hire
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a closely related field and two to three years of previous experience.
