Sr Sterile Processing Technician

$3K Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time, Certified SPD Techs!!!

The Sr Sterile Processing Technician inspects, cleans, assembles and sterilizes surgical instrument sets. Operates cleaning and sterilization equipment in order to clean instruments and supplies. Is proficient in the technical and quality performance metrics. Guides and assists IP I’s and IP II’s. Performs QA audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)) or IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management) certification, CRCST or CBSPD and CER or CFER, 2 certifications are required.

Shift: 3pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday. Applicant must be able to work 1 weekend per month. Additional weekend work may also be needed based on the needs of the department.
