The Patient Access Supervisor, Inpatient Services is under the direct supervision of the Director of Patient Access, the Patient Access Supervisor of Inpatient Services supervises the daily operations of all staff functions. The position provides and maintains a normal level of departmental functions in conjunction with the Director of Patient Access. Work requires internal contacts outside the work group to resolve mutual problems and to collaborate on work procedures to ensure satisfaction with services. Contact with external contacts involves providing or obtaining factual information. The job duties affect direct patient care through the completion of tasks, which allow others to provide direct care. Assists the Patient Access Trainer/Auditor as needed.

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

40 hours per week

Associates Degree Required; Bachelors preferred
