The Surgical Technician - Certified, under the supervision of an RN, provides technical support to the Operating Room team including anticipating surgeons' instrumentation and equipment needs, set-up and take-down of operating rooms and equipment, restocking of supplies stored in hub, and instrument maintenance.

36 hours per week
Rotating Shift
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Working 7:00AM-3:30PM / On call 7:30AM-7:30PM or 7:30PM-7:30AM

Work Location: Howard County General Hospital

High school graduate or equivalency. Completion of a Surgical Technologist training program including clinical experience.

Six months or greater of recent Operational Room experience preferred.
