Talent Acquisition Specialist will work a 40 hour week for approximately 3-6 months. 


Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager. Creates and deploys talent strategies that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain a talented, diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs.  Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of clinical and/or non-clinical staff. Serves a representative at agencies, universities and other functions.

Work requires a comprehensive knowledge of interviewing techniques. Work requires analytical ability necessary to determine department needs screen and evaluate job applicants to meet those needs; analyze recruiting needs in light of costs and budgets. Requires the ability to work independently. Work requires advanced communication skills to screen, interview and counsel applicants and represent the organization at universities and agencies; verbal and quantitative skills to compose correspondence, brochures and reports.


Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

At least 1 year recruitment experience including sourcing and interviewing.

Work requires a comprehensive knowledge of interviewing techniques, career counseling skills and recruitment strategies and knowledge of fair employment legislation and regulations.
