The Telecommunications Manager is responsible for all aspects of hospital telecommunications including hospital operator functions, telephones, physician answering service, emergency code communication, paging, and patient television operations. Directs the daily activities of the Telecommunications Department. Assumes responsibility for budgets, hiring/termination of staff, and acts as a resource to all staff. Ensures that Sibley Memorial Hospital values are reflected in all operations.

Work Location: Washington D.C.

Full time - Days with some weekends

1.BS degree in Business or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience to meet job requirements.
2.Previous supervisory experience.
3.Two years experience as a hospital and/or answering service operator.
