As the Software Maintenance Engineer, you'll:

• Design and execute solutions to maintain and develop the ACG software and related analytics portfolio products to a high quality standard under the leadership of the product director.
• Establish and execute maintenance pipelines, testing criteria and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
• Test proposed solutions and software enhancements with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute internally to product direction, issue prioritization, release cycle roadmap and knowledge management/documentation

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of technical software development/maintenance experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance and a good understanding of Linux command line tools
• Experience working with hosted applications or large-scale application deployments
• Experience with API development, deployment, and maintenance
• Domain experience working with healthcare data
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related degree is required. May substitute relevant degree with additional years of experience.
