Job Summary

Join a dynamic neuropsychology team and play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care and cutting‑edge research. Under faculty supervision, you will administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments for medical and psychiatric patients and research participants, synthesize clinical histories and behavioral observations, and maintain organized, accurate records and materials that keep the clinic running smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused psychology graduate who wants hands‑on clinical and research experience and the chance to grow within an academic medical setting.

Why you’ll love this role

  • Make a direct impact on patient care and research outcomes by producing reliable, high‑quality assessment data.
  • Work closely with experienced faculty and interdisciplinary teams, contributing observations and recommendations that inform treatment and research.
  • Gain practical experience with standardized neuropsychological testing, data entry, psychometrics, and basic statistical analysis—excellent preparation for advanced clinical training or graduate programs.
  • Be part of a well‑organized clinical environment with opportunities to support both day‑to‑day operations and research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and score neuropsychological and psychological tests under faculty supervision.
  • Compile and review past medical and psychological records and prepare patient histories for reports.
  • Make and document behavioral observations; present findings in team meetings and recommend interventions.
  • Enter and maintain test scores and records in computerized databases.
  • Order and manage assessment supplies and materials.
  • Assist with research protocols and perform related duties to support clinical and research functions.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Experience (including externship or internship) in clinical or research settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with psychometrics and basic statistical analyses.
  • Proficiency with SPSS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, precise, and detail‑oriented with legible documentation.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and completion of required HIPAA training.

If you’re excited to apply your neuropsychological testing skills, support meaningful clinical care, and accelerate your development in an academic medical environment, we want to hear from you.
