The Johns Hopkins Hospital- Bloomberg 9 South, Pediatric Care is a 20-bed intermediate care unit that cares for medical/surgical patients between 0-21 years of age. The unit specializes in the care of NICU step-down patients and patients undergoing urological surgery. Other specialty services include GI, Pulmonary, Renal, and general pediatric services; and a variety of surgical services, such as Neurosurgery, ENT, Plastic, and General Pediatric Surgery. Patients are cared for by an interdisciplinary team that consists of nurses, physicians, social workers, case managers, child life specialists, and other dedicated ancillary staff. Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
- RN-Registered Nurse License (Required)
- CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
- Prior work experience not required

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.
Salary Range: Minimum 36.07/hour - Maximum 54.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
