Summary

ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC, is seeking a Scheduler/Operator to manage inbound and outbound calls and support patient scheduling needs. This role is responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating patient appointments; answering patient inquiries; and providing accurate information regarding services and testing. Additional duties include managing voicemails and In Basket messages, directing calls to appropriate staff, verifying and entering patient information, and handling website-scheduled appointments. The Scheduler/Operator also assists with patient complaints or compliments routing, provides coverage as needed, and ensures accuracy in all scheduling and registration tasks while maintaining established error rate standards.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a call center setting; preferably in a health care setting preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 23.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
