General Summary:

  • The Audiovisual and Telehealth Specialist II provides technical support of systems including audiovisual systems, videoconferencing, recording and livestreaming technologies, computer projection and display, audio systems, teleconferencing, virtual meeting technologies, patient television systems, telemedicine technology, and interactive patient systems using sophisticated digital software and hardware. The position provides technical support for events including in person, virtual, and hybrid in person/virtual meetings. The position operates, maintains, distributes, installs, configures, repairs, and upgrades various systems while ensuring their optimal performance. The position instructs staff in use of supported technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting audiovisual systems
  • 1 year of experience supporting patient television systems and telemedicine systems preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 22.57/hour - Maximum 39.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
