Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center seeks an experienced, clinically-engaged Rehab Services Manager to lead our acute care rehabilitation team. As Maryland's only regional burn center, designated Level II trauma center, and home to specialized pediatric emergency care, we provide cutting-edge care for the region's most complex cases.

What You Bring
Required:
- Active Maryland licensure in PT, OT, or SLP (or MD certification in rehabilitation-related field)
- 3+ years recent acute care experience providing direct patient care in fast-paced hospital settings
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) – we value team leads, charge roles, preceptors, and emerging leaders
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Preferred:
- Master's or Doctoral degree
- Prior management or supervisory experience in acute care rehabilitation
- Experience with trauma, burn, neuro, or critical care populations
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality metrics, and financial management
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Salary Range: Minimum $54.35/hour - Maximum $95.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
