Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision performs electroencephalograms (EEG) at a senior level to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral impairment. Calculates and analyzes standard and special procedure testing. Provides a descriptive analysis and results according to the department policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Is registry eligible according to American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologist (ABRET) Guidelines.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience as an EEG Technician is required, if a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited END program was not completed.
  • Digital (computerized) diagnostic EEG equipment. Must be proficient with computers and standard office equipment.

Salary Range: Minimum 23.02/hour - Maximum 36.83/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
