Supports the treasury department by managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective financial risk management. Analyzes financial data, prepares reports, and executes treasury operations to support the organization's financial strategies. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance treasury processes and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
Monitors daily cash positions, executes transactions, and ensures adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Prepares cash flow forecasts, analyzes variances, and optimizes cash management strategies.
Conducts detailed financial analysis, including liquidity and working capital management, and prepares reports for senior management.
Coordinates banking relationships and ensures cost-effective services.
Identifies and mitigates financial risks, and assists in developing risk management strategies and policies.
Collaborates with various departments to support treasury activities, enhances processes, and participates in system upgrades.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (Required)
One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations and financial analysis (Required)
Salary Range: $28.90/hour - $47.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
