Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children, and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida's West Coast.
Job Summary:
As a Rehab Aide, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our Rehabilitation department running smoothly for the pediatric patients and families we serve. You'll manage supplies and equipment, maintain clean and organized therapy and play spaces, and provide direct support during patient activities and sessions. Our Rehabilitation team supports infants, children, and teens working through some of the most complex medical challenges, using therapy, play, and specialized equipment to help our patients heal and grow. You'll collaborate closely with therapists, clinicians, and support staff across the hospital to keep equipment safe, supplies stocked, and spaces ready for every patient interaction.

Who Should Apply:
- High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion, or equivalent achievement
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and workflow prioritization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple disciplines and departments in a professional manner
- Previous hospital or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Salary Range: Minimum 16.25/hour - Maximum 25.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
