Bilingual MEDICAL OFFICE COORD II

The OB Ultrasound Medical Office Coordinator II position supports prenatal ultrasound access and performs a wide range of clerical, office, registration, insurance, and financial clearance focused duties. The position manages all ultrasound scheduling, ensures insurance authorization is secured before every visit, supports the sonographer on-site, and conducts ongoing scheduling audits to maintain billing and clinical compliance standards. In addition, this position supports overall OB patient care and navigation during pregnancy and supports post-partum scheduling prior to patient discharge for delivery.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.87/hour - Maximum 31.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
