We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business growth across our portfolio of B2B health care solutions.
This is a highly visible role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who enjoys building programs, optimizing performance, mentoring others, and partnering directly with product, sales, and business leaders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital marketing and marketing operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is energized by using modern technologies and data to drive measurable results.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue.
Lead go-to-market planning and multi-channel campaigns for products and services.
Create compelling content, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Oversee campaigns across email, social media, webinars, content, paid media, and account-based marketing.
Manage content calendars, marketing assets, and buyer journey initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data and insights.
Oversee marketing automation and lead management platforms.
Serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, CRM integration, marketing automation, and analytics.
Leverage Salesforce, ZoomInfo, AI tools, and other technologies to improve marketing performance.
Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and best practices.
Optimize websites and digital experiences to improve engagement, conversions, and search visibility.
Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive acquisition and retention.
Mentor junior team members and external partners.
Establish scalable processes and marketing best practices.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.
Salary Range: Minimum 44.81/hour - Maximum 71.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
