Position Summary:
Provides advanced support in the delivery of rehabilitation services, working closely with therapists and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role demonstrates increased independence, technical proficiency, and initiative in preparing patients and treatment areas, supporting therapeutic activities, maintaining equipment, and coordinating workflow. The Rehabilitation Aide II also plays a key role in inventory management, process improvement, and communication of patient status, contributing to optimal clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of
- relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting (Required)
- BLS
Salary Range: Minimum 18.40/hour - Maximum 25.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
