Job Details:

The Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Lead with expertise in women’s reproductive health to join our team. This role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to women throughout their reproductive lifespan, including pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and gynecologic concerns such as menstrual disorders, infertility, and menopause.

The Registered Nurse Lead provides clinical and operational leadership for the nursing team while supporting the day-to-day coordination and management of clinic operations. This position plays a key role in staff engagement and development by supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating education and training, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. The Registered Nurse Lead serves as a clinical resource and mentor, empowering nursing staff to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate care.

Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse Lead promotes a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. This role helps drive operational efficiency and quality improvement while ensuring an exceptional patient and family experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing required
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • GYN/OB RN work experience required; charge/preceptor experience preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 47.96/hour - Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
