Overview:
Johns Hopkins Personalized Care is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our concierge (private pay) Personalized Psychiatry program at Green Spring Station.
This is a unique opportunity to practice high-touch, relationship-based psychiatry with extended visit times, allowing you to deliver exceptional, individualized care to adults, adolescents, and children.
Care Model:
Our concierge psychiatry program offers:
- Personalized Care: Extended, unrushed visits for deeper patient connection
- Integrated Care: Ongoing collaboration with other providers across the Johns Hopkins system
- Flexible Access: In-person and secure virtual visits
- 24/7 Availability: Direct patient access for urgent and after-hours needs
- Treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including: Mood disorders • Depression • Bipolar disorder • Anxiety • OCD • ADHD • PTSD • Eating disorders • Women’s mental health • Neurodevelopmental disorders
Requirements:
- PhD or PsyD licensed in Maryland (required)
- APA Board Certification
- CPR certification (required)
- At lest two years of supervised clinical experience
- Comfortable in a concierge / private-pay model
- Strong commitment to service excellence and responsiveness

Salary Range: Minimum $39.56/visit - Maximum $65.34/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
