Position: Supervisor Rehabilitation Services
The Supervisor, Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of rehabilitation programs, including physical therapy,
occupational therapy, and/or speech-language pathology services. This role ensures high-quality patient care,
regulatory compliance, and efficient departmental performance. The Supervisor provides leadership, guidance,
and support to clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of rehabilitation services to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
delivery - Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity to meet service demands
- Assist in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to rehabilitation staff
- Ensure adherence to best practices, clinical standards, and evidence-based care
- Participate in direct patient care as needed
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Address employee relations issues in collaboration with HR
Education:

Occupational Therapist: Requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program;
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy earned prior to July 1, 2007, from an accredited program, with
current licensure and certification, may be accepted based on historical requirements. -
Physical Therapist: Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and
current licensure. Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy earned prior to January 1, 2015, from
accredited programs, with current licensure, may be accepted based on historical requirements. -
Speech Pathology: Master's Degree in speech-language pathology (Required)
Doctorate Degree (Preferred)
• One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of
relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in rehabilitation services or a related field (Required)
- Current state licensure in Physical, Occupational or Speech Language Pathology or state certification in a
Rehabilitation Health related field. Valid CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) required. -
Licensure and Certification:
- Current state licensure in Physical, Occupational or Speech Language Pathology or state certification in a Rehabilitation Health related field. Valid CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) required.

Salary Range: Minimum $45.65/hour - Maximum 79.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
