Weekly Working Hours: 12 - Premier PRN RN II requires a minimum of 72 hours in a 6-week schedule after orientation is complete - averages to 1 12-hour shift/week; 24 hours must be on the weekend and must work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday


Shift: Rotating (must be able to sign up for day shifts and night shift)

Meyer 9
 at The Johns Hopkins Hospital is a 22-bed adult medical unit with capacity for 12 patients requiring telemetry. Patient population includes cardiomyopathy patients, heart patients 24 hours post-uncomplicated MI, tracheostomy patients, and patients with GI and liver problems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months recent acute care RN M/S nursing experience required - 1 year preferred
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree in Nursing required and BSN preferred
  • Applicants with an associate degree will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a BSN nursing program
  • RN MD or compact license at time of hire required
  • CPR upon hire required.
