Perioperative Equipment Specialist I
Fultime, Rotating Shift
Call and Weekends required
Position Summary:
Reports to the Manager and is responsible primarily for supporting the operating room staff—physicians, nursing, critical care technicians, and operating room assistants—by ensuring that surgical/anesthesia equipment is cleaned, maintained, fully operational, and available for use in the operating rooms adequately before the start of cases. Provides prompt, courteous, customer support, including by not limited to the dependable diagnosis of simple equipment failures and malfunctions and
Manager.
Work requires a high school diploma or GED. No experience necessary; three to six months of experience with surgical and/or anesthesia procedures, instrumentation and equipment is preferred.
Salary Range: Minimum 18.87/hour - Maximum 31.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
