Work Hours: Full Time/Day Shift
Work Location: St. Petersburg, FL

Position Summary:

  • Develops and schedules preventative maintenance activities following approved policy and procedures to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment
  • Provides regular communication and reporting of maintenance activities and findings to Facility Management to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and systems
  • Supports continuous regulatory readiness by completing, documenting and organizing evidence of compliance of related codes and standards to include required permits and licenses
  • Assists facility management with obtaining, scheduling and monitoring of contracted maintenance activities to provide continuous maintenance and inspection services

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement.

Experience:

  • 8 years of facility maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge in the repair and maintenance of sophisticated plant equipment and systems in a healthcare environment
  • Working knowledge of required code and standard compliance (NFPA, TJC, OSHA, CMS, etc.) in a healthcare environment

Salary Range: Minimum 17.97/hour - Maximum 28.74/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
