RN - Per diem - OR Ambulatory ASC - Multispecialty

Weekly Working Hours: 8 hours/week minimum - Monday-Friday (no weekends or holidays and no on-call)

Shift: 8-hour shifts w/staggered start times between 7a-5:30p

Join the Johns Hopkins Green Spring Pavilion III Surgery Center team as an OR Registered Nurse and be part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary ambulatory surgery program on the Johns Hopkins Green Spring Station campus.

About the center Our state-of-the-art facility supports a broad range of procedures across adult and pediatric populations, including:

• Orthopedics (hands and sports medicine)
• Plastic surgery
• ENT and ENT plastics
• Urology
• Gastroenterology
• Colorectal surgery
• Electrophysiology (EP)
• Ophthalmology
• Breast oncology
• Gynecology
• Pain management

The experienced OR RN must have recent experience circulating in multiple specialties and scrub experience is a plus!

Shift:  Per Diem, 8 Hour days - start and end times staggered 7a-5:30p - looking for RN's that can pick up at least one shift-week in a 6-week schedule consistently


Qualifications:

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required at time of hire
• BLS CPR required
• 1 year recent OR experience preferred, and 6 months recent OR required (within the past 3 years)
• Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• BSN (preferred) and applicants w/an ADN in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a BSN program.
