Financial Decision Support Analyst II

The FDS Analyst II builds recurring and ad hoc analyses that explain local margin and productivity performance, working closely with Senior Analysts/Manager to ensure quality and consistency.

Essential Functions

Produce recurring margin and productivity reports by service line/unit; reconcile to financials

Conduct variance analysis (price, volume, mix, productivity) and draft commentary for review.

Assist in business case modeling and sensitivity analysis for local initiatives.

Maintain data pipelines/workpapers and document methods to central standards.

Field ad hoc requests from local leaders; prioritize with Manager/Senior

Gather local inputs and perform costing, profitability, and operational margin analysis for initiatives.

Develop required management and forecasting reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Required)

One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or a related field in a healthcare setting (Required) 

Support oversight of capital plan tracking (requests, monthly forecasts, coordination with managers) 

Salary Range: $31.41/hour - $56.82/hour.
