Summary
Provides rehabilitation therapy services to clients in mental health or vocational rehabilitation programs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts rehabilitation therapy activities using a variety of intervention techniques.
• Performs intake evaluations, interviews, and referrals as appropriate.
• Maintains documentation and records for assigned caseload, including case histories, progress notes, treatment plans, and test results.
• Participates in team meetings to review progress and coordinate services.
• May supervise aides, volunteers, or students as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, mental health, or a related field preferred, with less than six months of experience; peer support candidates may substitute lived experience for the degree.
• No certification, registration, or licensure required.
• Ability to apply basic analytical, scientific, mathematical, or technical principles to solve problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy in difficult situations.

Salary Range: Minimum $23.35/hour - Maximum $38.54/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
