JOB SUMMARY:

This manager leads a team of Application Analysts and Application Leads, fostering their technical expertise, professional growth, and leadership development through coaching, mentorship, and meaningful development opportunities. Success requires an adaptable leader who builds consensus across multiple physician groups and navigates complex organizational relationships to move priorities forward. The manager brings curiosity about emerging Epic capabilities and healthcare technology, translating new opportunities-including generative AI and predictive analytics-into practical improvements for patients and staff.
