Position Summary:
Provides complex related administrative and project support for a multifaceted fundraising office. Manages high-level projects both internal and external to the Foundation office. Oversees day-to-day office operations, facilities coordination, and supply management while leveraging collaborative platforms to build automated tracking dashboards, monitor summary budget variances, and audit invoice lifecycles. Works independently, making necessary decisions in order to move projects forward and meet deadlines. Supervises operational processes in all areas of the Foundation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Five years related administrative experience required; with one year experience in a development office preferred
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, project management software experience preferred
Salary Range: Minimum 25.32/hour - Maximum 40.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
