Position Summary: In this position, you will ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of referring and Primary physician information in a database.
Create a process to review progress and clean up the dictionary periodically. Supports an online communication channel between transcription services and providers, and manages the status of patients' notes.

Shift: Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Requires a basic understanding of Hospital bylaws, policies, procedures, and Joint Commission standards related to departmental activities
  Requires good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all Hospital practitioners and others in a professional manner is essential.
• Requires analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented.
• Previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 16.65/hour - Maximum 27.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
