What You Will Do:
The Assistant Manager supervises the daily operations of the Pediatrics clinic to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Coordinates nursing activities and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Ensures nursing practice is aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Responsible for staff development and fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Who Should Apply:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. Master of Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical nursing is required. Pediatric nursing is strongly preferred.
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Current CPR certification is required.

Salary Range: Minimum 52.76/hour - Maximum 81.78/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
