General Summary:
Join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner II, providing direct respiratory and pulmonary care and respiratory equipment management in the home setting. You will assess patient needs, provide respiratory therapies and education, manage respiratory equipment and make independent clinical decisions while maintaining high standards of patient care.
You will collaborate closely with respiratory leadership and other healthcare professionals while working independently in the field. This role requires strong communication, clinical confidence, reliability and flexibility to support patients across service areas as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Respiratory Care from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Minimum of two years of clinical respiratory care experience in a hospital or home care setting.
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license as required for the assigned service area.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently in the home care setting and travel throughout assigned service areas.
- Demonstrated clinical and operational competency in respiratory care.
Salary Range: Minimum 37.02/hour - Maximum 61.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
