Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Primary Care team in Arlington, VA. As the first clinical contact for patients, the RN will respond to urgent symptom calls and Patient Portal messages with expert triage and timely guidance. This role includes educating patients on acute and chronic conditions, coordinating care with providers and quality teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The RN will also support daily practice operations, step in as needed to maintain smooth workflow, and mentor team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) (Required),
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Virginia RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• DC RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
• Experienced RN, preferably with an ED or Med-Surg background.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills.
• Experience with chronic disease management and patient education.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
