Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Exempt; Pay Grade: CN

Social Worker /Mental Health Therapist will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, individual and family psychotherapy and crisis intervention for patients in our Adult General Outpatient and Neuropsychiatry Clinic. Successful candidate will work with patients with mood and anxiety issues in our General Clinic and patients with Acquired Brain Injuries and Geriatric patients in our Neuropsychiatry Clinic. Successful candidate will work as part of a team with social workers, professional counselors, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists to provide integrated care. Successful candidate will maintain clinical documentation in electronic record, obtains insurance authorization for services when indicated, and use Feedback-Informed Treatment measures as part of clinical approach.

Education:

Masters degree and licensure required in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Work Experience:

Two years full licensure.

LGPC/LCPC

LMSW/LCSW-C

LGMFT/LCMFT
